Whether you envision AJ performing solo, with his Trio, or with the full shebang, this is where you tell all about your coming Event(s) and find out if AJ and his crew are available. The details you communicate here are vital to generate a custom quote, and help to set initial expectations for us both. And remember: No booking arrangement can be officially confirmed until a security deposit is received alongside an approved Estimate (Quote).

Which of AJ's ensembles do you envision for your Event? NOTE: For Trio and up, 1-2 "techs" will be included in our personnel unless of course we are not supplying the sound equipment. Audio techs assist the vital supply, transport, load-in/out, setup/teardown, and operation of all supporting pro-audio gear. This ensures seamless execution for your Event.

Performance Area

These are minimum stage area requirements. Select the size of space (sq. ft.) that you or your venue can guarantee.

Is Staging/Surface flat and secure?

It is imperative that our equipment be set upon a flat, smooth, and sturdy surface. If ground is uneven (e.g. grass, soil, sand, sloping), you will need to supply artificial staging.

Indoor/Outdoor

If performance is to be outdoors, you agree to secure considerations for protection of our equipment and personnel should the elements make for hours in the sun, cold, moisture, or adverse weather conditions. (e.g. awnings, ceiling, staging, heaters)

Sound System

Will you need us to supply and operate an appropriately scaled Sound System to support this performance?

Will there be a tuned Piano instrument onsite for AJ to play?

Backline?

Backline means music gear and instruments are supplied by Client, Venue, or a rental company.

Green Room / Storage

For Trio and larger, a securable "back stage" space is required. Purpose: equipment storage (monitored or locked), changing and grooming.

Tips?

Will voluntary tipping of the musician(s) be encouraged or receivable as a natural part of this Event or Venue? If unsure, select Yes.

Overnights or Flights?

Post-event overnight considerations are greatly appreciated, especially after late-night teardown and load-out.
